Baby Rover holds on for a respectable 7th!

Turning off the final bend in front , Baby rover was deployed with different tactics from trainer katie Scott and jockey Darragh Keenan - 

With an unfortunate wide draw - the tactic was to get to the front and hopefully  stay there. 

With the SP of 70/1 she was not fancied by the bookmakers but we believe if she can show what she does at home, She would outrun those odds. Flashbacks of Katie’s 50/1 with Jumeira Vision spring to mind- 

Ultimately last  night was the night baby rover needed to preform to essentially keep her career as a racehorse.. we feel that with a better draw. She could have been a lot closer. The new tactic work and The speed at the beginning is carbon copy of her sister and stable mate curious rover. We hope to make good use of that next time - 

Baby rover is all fine this morning - eaten up well. Got hope safe which is the main thing. 

We have decided to give her a few more chances and with a bit more luck and better draw. Hopefully will be rewarding her owners in no time
