Your monthly fee’s are paid towards training the horse and breaking in if its a yearling - Blacksmithing, Transport to and from racetracks, Jockey fee’s and general food and living costs.
Your upfront costs are to secure your own your % of share and for that you would recieve your share of prizemoney and your share of any future sales.
All owners get a dedicated whatsapp group for each horse where updates are provided

Either once a year or when your horse is going on its Holiday - A full breakdown will be provided and payment will be made inline with your %.

Yes! - at URSA we try provide at least one open stable visit to owners every 4 month.
It is also very common for owners to go see their horses privately if unable to attend open-days

As per industry standard, 3 months notice is required to leave your contract, all terms and conditions will be highlighted in the contract - help and advice will be available.

With 2.5% it entitles you to 1 raceday ticket.
+1’s may be available - unfortunately alot of this depends on tracks/race days. We try our best and the proof of our parade ring pictures speak for themselves!

Each owner gets invited to a ‘URSA MAJOR OWNERS CHAT’ along side a dedicated group for the horse you choose. We aim to provide extensive weekly reports on each horse with great background updates inbetween-
With the trainers in some groups, some updates can be daily! it can be your horse rolling in mud or running in the hills. Looking behind the scenes never gets old for the owners!

Because most of our trainers take a % in the horse, the maxinum owners can reach is 30 - On average there is around 20 owners per racehorse.

Craig Talbot our racing and the trainer of the horse will plan and choose the races. All owners are kept in the loop with regular updates

This question is best split into 2 parts-
If your horse is being retired, due to injury, age, etc. we work hard to find it a loving home. Regular updates are provided afterwards to ensure a happy forever home is found
Some horses just need a ‘change of scenery’ whether it be new training or new feed. It may be best the club move the horse on for it to try elsewhere. In such cases the horse will go to the sales - you will be entited to your % share of any sales
