We are proud to announce the addition of Buford to the Ursa ranks.

The four year old gelding has joined Team Battenberg as a dual purpose horse ready to roll immediately.

Joining Mark Walford from Grant Tuer, Buford has winning form on the flat after scoring over 1m2f at Doncaster in August last year.

He has been schooled over obstacles and looks a complete natural - and rated 57 on the flat we believe he is ready to score over both codes.

A son of Prix du Jockey Club victor Lawman, out of a dam who is a half sister to St Leger winner Harbour Law, he should have no problems showing his best over hurdles.

Shares are available in him at just £250 for 2.5 per cent and £40 per month training fees - an ideal first horse!
