In 2018, a group of like-minded individuals decided to take their passion for horse racing to the next level and purchase their very own horse, giving birth to the URSA Major Racing Club.

Little did they know the success they would have. In less than four years, URSA Major Racing has owned a wide range of horses and had multiple winners.

This is something many syndicates only dream of achieving, but for URSA Major it’s become the foundations for what we hope will be a serious force of nature in the sport for years to come.

This is an affordable and friendly way to enjoy ownership both on and off course.

“As one of the founding members of Ursa Major Racing Club it was always a dream of mine to get into horse ownership but at an affordable rate. 

“From the moment we got our first horse with Mark Walford I knew I wanted to help create a special place, a club and a family for everyone to feel a part of and enjoy.  Having seen the club grow over the last four years into what it has become now is beyond my wildest dreams.
