Big week ahead with three runners in two days
We promised it was set to be a busy few weeks ahead - and we weren’t joking!
We’re poised to have three runners in two days to kick off this week in the shape of Event of Sivola and newbies Far From A Ruby and Kath’s Toyboy.
Event switches back to fences after a blow over hurdles and takes in a 3m1f handicap chase at Catterick on Tuesday - the same day that Ruby runs at Newcastle over 7f.
Both races look very competitive, but we are hoping for good clear runs from both - Ruby is fitted with a hood after her fun and games last week.
Then on Wednesday, Kath’s Toyboy (Mike Murphy) has a choice of 5f at Lingfield or 6f at Kempton - with him due to be declared for one on Monday morning.
Racing Manager Craig Talbot said: “We promised March would be a busy time and its coming thick and fast already.
“We love to be busy and get owners enjoying themselves on the track and we can’t wait to see all three run.
“They are in competitive contests but that’s horse racing for you - there are no easy races.
“We would love to see all three put in positive performances.”
