50/1 stunner puts us back amongst the winners

Saturdays are proving rather fruitful to the Battenbergs as Jumeira Vision sprung a 50/1 shock for Katie Scott and Sam James.

It was the second Saturday in a row we have cheered a winner - and while Huit Reflets rewarded favourite backers at Hexham last week, Jimmy proved successful despite being outsider of the field

It was a day to remember as we recorded our first ever winner at sunny Redcar - and owners reported having a tremendous time celebrating at the track.

It was Jimmy’s fifth run for us and signs of a revival were visible at Carlisle last time - but not enough to see punters latch on.

We also had Bits and Bobs in the same race, who finished with a rattle in sixth after being virtually on the ground leaving the stalls.

Jason Hart said the horse slipped coming out and did well to make up so much ground - he is one for the notebook next time too!
