WINNER! Bay Dream Believer makes it three in five days!

Bay Dream Believer wrote herself into the Ursa Major history books with a gutsy win at Wetherby - becoming our third winner in just five days.

The victory also saw her become half of a pair of winning Ursa Major sisters - as Battle Angel scored on the flat and over hurdles for us, both being out of Arabescatta.

Trainer Mark Walford remains in sizzling form - this is his seventh winner in a week - while Bay Dream benefitted from an outstanding ride from Andrew Mullen.

It is some turn around for Bay Dream who left us scratching our heads just two starts previous when trailing home last of eight at Beverley.

But a drop back in trip to a mile has worked the oracle, with a promising second at Redcar followed by this terrific victory.

Craig Talbot, Racing Manager, said: “This has been probably the best few days we have ever had! What a run we are on. Mark Walford can do it all - flat or jumps the man is a genius.

“I am so pleased for Bay Dream’s owners. We knew we had something there but she hadn’t been showing it. We gave her a break and waited for the turf and Mark has turned her around.

“We have lots of new owners in Bay Dream and also lots of our long serving members too and to see the celebrations amongst them all was special.”
