Delight as Carrarea joins Ursa ranks

We are absolutely delighted to have further strengthened our winter jumps team with the signing of 122 rated hurdler Carrarea.

The two-time bumper winner, who was only just touched off in a Kilbeggan maiden hurdle on Friday, has been purchased by racing manager Craig Talbot and will go into training with Mark Walford.

He’s an extremely talented five-year-old gelding who has some incredible form to his name - including a six length third behind Metier (139) at Lingfield in January.

He’s a half brother to the very talented hurdle and chase winner The Butcher Said and will be out in the coming weeks.

We expect he will go off a warm favourite for his first race with us.

Fancy being a part of his owner group?
