Welcome to our new Kessaar yearling!
We are absolutely thrilled to secure this Kessaar yearling out of Dutch Desire who has gone into training with Rebecca Menzies.
A strong well put together colt, he is expected to be an early two year old next season for his expert handler.
He was purchased by Racing Manager Craig Talbot from the Goffs Doncaster Premier Yearling Sale today.
Craig said: “He was top of my list today and we are delighted to have secured him. He will be an early two year old by the looks of it and has gone into training with Rebecca who is a brilliant trainer and lots of fun to have horses with.
“He caught our eye straight away and share options will be available very soon.”
His sire was fantastic at two for John Gosden, winning the Group 2 Mill Reef Stakes and Group 3 Sirenia Stakes.
He is one of the best 2yos to be sired by Kodiac and stands at Tally-Ho Stud.
His best progeny include Group 3 placed Ipanema Princess and Listed placed Bolt Action, who also came a fine sixth behind Little Big Bear in the Windsor Castle at Royal Ascot.
His dam, Dutch Desire, raced once at two for William Haggas and Cheveley Park.
She has produced one winner from two runners, with the second dam being the exceptional Danehill Destiny.
