Fortuitous Star makes it two seconds in nine days

Fortuitous Star is enjoying life in nursery company having recorded her second runner up spot in just nine days.

The Grant Tuer trained filly has been learning on the job, with five runs under her belt and has gone down narrowly on her two starts in nursery company the last week and a half.

She looks a winner in waiting and and is enjoying life as a racehorse - each run is bringing about more improvement.

She also recorded Ursa’s 14th second place finish of 2022 - an incredible feat in just six and a half months - frustrating on one hand, but proof that all horses are running well.
