Busy week ahead with several runners
An exciting week awaits, with several runners meaning owners will get to go racing across the country.
The massive week gets under way today with Candescence running in the £35k Sunday Series Sprint Handicap at Hamilton.
Dougie Costello rides for Mark Walford and while it is a very hot race she is not without a chance.
Monday sees a return for Ghadbbaan who was so impressive when winning at Doncaster in March. He has been freshened up lovely and is in great form ahead of the 4.00 at Catterick, where Ryan Sexton will take a welcome 7lbs off his back over 2m. He has a good chance if taking to the track.
Tuesday sees two runners kicking off with Kodimoor in the 3.40 a Beverley where he goes for Jason Hart and Mark Walford.
He usually takes a couple of races to warm up for the season and we will see how he feels on Tuesday - if he gets the lead we’re in business, if not, forget it! We love him.
Who’s Ur Dandy then gets another go up at Newcastle in the 7.00 for Mark and Andrew Mullen. She works like a dream at home, but the time has come for her to transfer that ability to the track.
They are confirmed entries, but we also have plans for Kath’s Toyboy on Wednesday at Bath and Furax up at Perth on Thursday.
