Welcoming the class of 2024 - three yearlings join Team Battenberg!

It has been an exciting time for Ursa Major Racing as three new fillies have joined the ranks to run as two-year-olds next year!

It has also signalled the arrival of a new trainer to Team Battenberg in the shape of Group One winner Michael Dods.

The three new yearling fillies - sired by Sands of Mali, Starspangledbanner and Dark Angel - have really delighted us and we are excited for what the future holds.

Sands of Mali x French Heroine filly

Trainer: Michael Dods

Cost: £600 all in until December, then £55pcm for 2.5%

A beautifully bred filly who is with a master trainer of speedy types - expect this one to be out early!

Cost: £420 all in until the end of the year; then £50pcm for 2.5%

We have had serious success with Katie and two-year-olds this year in the shape of Curious Rover and Jungle Jean and expect this filly to be right up there She is a stunner!
