Ruby faces 11 as she returns to scene of last win

Far From A Ruby will return to the scene of her last victory on Friday as she takes up her entry at Wolverhampton.

Katie Scott’s five-year-old mare arrives in great form and off a 5lb lower mark than when winning at the same track last September.

She shoulders top weight in this 7f contest under Sam James, but she is one of the horses showing the smartest recent form and she should hopefully go close.

Ruby was ridiculously unlucky to be beaten in a photo last time at Ayr and no horse deserves a win more.
