KODIMOOR WINS - Legendary Status Sealed!

OUR FIRST FLAT WINNER OF 2021, KODIMOOR HAS BEEN AN OUTSTANDING FLAG BEARER FOR URSA MAJOR

On 3rd May 2021 Kodimoor became Ursa Major’s 12th Winner, securing his 4th win in the battenberg silks and cementing his place as a true Ursa Major legend! Winning the 2:56 Leconfield Handicap (Class 6) (0-60, 4yo+) (7f96yds) 7½f on Good ground with Phil Dennis on board. This is the 2nd time Kodimoor has done the business at Beverley (C&D) and this time around picked up £2,430 in prize money to add to his hattrick of wins in 2019. This was also the 2nd time Phil Dennis has rode a winner for Ursa Major Racing, having won on Clifftop Heaven in 2020. Kodimoor is definitely back in love with the game in the 2021 season, having built on his 3rd placed effort before this race at Ayr and on the back of a better end to the 2020 campaign. This was after a disappointing start last year (2020) when Kodimoor was not himself, it took a fantastic training performance a spin over a few hurdles to get Kodi back and loving the racecourse again.

Kodimoor is back and better than ever and we can look forward to another exciting 2021 flat season with this true Ursa Major Legend.
